![]() Definitely increasing the amount of broccoli next year. Harvested 1.75lbs from another plant yesterday, Harvested 3.5lb so far.
Going to try to find out how well it freezes though. Have a bit in the freezer now, hopefully it thaws well. |

![]() Ok, so, fresh to frozen to thawed broccoli... blech. it's not that bad, just not OMG AWESOME fresh. It's just like any store bought frozen bagged broccoli.
