I think the contamination(?) that's causing the darkening of the existing marks and forming new marks,
Is worsening because of the chemical reaction activity, and the sun is likely a catalyst. I'll bet there are more new marks formed during the summer of 2012.. I plan to re-test each panel this spring. If the power is down, I might have a warranty issue..

I have not tested them individually since they were installed.
But, they seem to be working very well, keeping my backup system fully charged and able provide around 400watts of excess power, while maintaining the battery bank charge. Maybe spring, I'll use my new Turnigy meter and resistive loads to check each panel, on a nice sunny day.

dear Xringer.. can you please tell me when you grid-connected the "contaminated" modules ? another question about the area in which the modules are operating... is it a particularly windy area ?
