i got my geothermal pipe
3 700' rolls i also traded some diesel mechanic work for borrowing an excavator which is frickin sweet to my door cost was around $900 of which $290 was shipping |

Jeepers! Now you've got to dig a 2,100 foot trench!!
Kinda makes me wonder, does anyone just dig a big wide loop in the ground, and then lay out the pipe in a big gentle curve around the loop?? (Instead of the traditional slinky coils).?.

lol i have to dig 3 trenches around 90' long 3'wide and 6'deep

my pressure testing setup minus the 3/4'' barbs i forgot

That's pretty neat, rolling the slinkys into big ball..
You might be able to get into the record books with one of those! World's Largest Ball of Geothermal Pipe! http://ispy.mnhs.org/00000000/00000830.JPG Normally, those things take a bunch of people to manhandle them into their trenches. A big ball you can roll, might make it easier eh?

well my water table is alot higher than it was before i hit water at 5' in the summer it was 7'
would have been done 2 weeks ago but the trac hoe blew 3 hydraulic seals at 3 different times on weekends when no shops were open and ive been outta town installing solar in Miami going to work on it in the morning |
