According to the well driller I am sitting on an "underground river" which allows my 16 inch bore deep well to recover well over 100gpm.

It's organic fertilizer what's going to contaminate the water with?
It's literally as toxic as spoiled milk.

I found a source for free non food grade IBC totes. Which I will need 4 of.

As long as it decomposes I would think the land would be fine if not benefit. depends a lot on PH . High amounts of anything can cause problems as it builds up over the years. I would examine the field closely where its being dumped now. If it healthy all over its a good sign if it has dead spots I would be Leary big time..
Due to its commercial nature Im thinking you may require a license of some kind for a permission slip ?

Commercial organic fertilizer is different than natural organic fertilizer. For example excess nitrogen in water is not a good sign. If you are certain that it won't affect your land or underground water, than go for it...

Haven't started yet. Working on getting a rental house going, since it's costing me money every day it's not being lived in.
