Prompt guidance requested in a new Drainback system

I really don't know why these ones are acting this way. I put some used very early generation ones in and didn't have an issue with them. The vacuum is good because the getter is still there and there are no major scratches o nthe glass which can cause a weak spot so I don't see why they would break.
