![]() thanks Higgy. I think I'm retired from flooring at this point. A year before the plumbing issue, I had installed wood flooring where you see tile. No more flooring from me.
The deck was fun to build. One of those father-son projects. |

And here's the tile thats down now, after the busted water pipe. here's one of the kitchen flooring laundry room. before i got the base boards put back. (gotta love those front loaders ![]() i originally had wood in the laundry, kitchen, dining room, and hallway. Now you see what I have after. Now you know why I'm retired from flooring ![]() |

Tubular Skylight - Home because the window looks into the backroom. Not much natural light in this room. the backroom was there when I bought the house. |
