That extra support paid off. How much snow did you get. We did not get much north of us they got a lot more. The ground is warm here so ours melted right away.

We got around 5 inches here . Most ive ever seen here was about a inch to half inch. I seen that mess coming down . Once it started pileing up . I thought well . I guess my whole shop will come down or the rails will break and wont get to use them at all. There is still some on the ground here. Most melted yesterday morning.

Power production per day
About how much juice does your panels get every day . I done a little testing . Two sunny days . Mine put out almost 20kw. Cloudy around 12 and today. No sun at all. It was miserably cold it put a whopping 5kw

Stickers
I have been looking at the stickers . Man . I didnt realize they was so many stickers that need to be put on this stuff. To my knowledge my inverter is done right the raceways from the solar panels . Only thing i have to get is the ones for the breaker box . What ones do you have on yours

That's really excellent!
I've stopped cleaning the snow off the roof, it was taking too much of a beating but those modules were free so losing a month or two in the winter is something I can live with. My pole modules get me through the winter and I'm still way ahead on my bill even with the EV charging. The Bolt now has about 7k miles on it and we still love it, not one single problem and not a dime for gas! Until you own something like this or your Volt you never understand the convenience of plugging in at night and waking up to a full charge. |
