Another hot water tank heat pump - Page 9

Its been a day or two Ive made a post. The HP water heater needed service. It had quite making hot water. So for 10 years its kept my parents in hot water. Not bad for repurposing junk. It needed just a tiny squirt of R290 propane and away it went. SolarMike said it was probably the schrader valve that slowly leaked as is still had most of its charge. Ill put a metal cap on the service port but if it operates for another 10 yrs. that will be just Fine!!
