My wife has a plain 2003 Corolla (no packages, no power windows or locks etc).
And it's never had a real problem. I do change the oil once in a while and we did get some new Michelin HydroEdge tires in 2008 and a new battery last year. Standard stuff, batteries need to be replaced about every 6 years in this climate. She loves the car, hates the manual windows. This car was made in Canada and I guess a large batch of them had annoying rattles in the doors. Not a big deal to me, being hard of hearing.. |

Higgy,
I just noticed that you're from Wpg. I have a friend from there that uses a similiar product that he gets locally I believe. He is into uber efficiency and especially with cars. Here is his Canadian site: Hybrid Canada |

Do you know what the product is called? Or do you have an email that I could email him at if he wouldn't mind? I looked at the site but I couldn't find any email addresses.

I'm not sure of the name of the product. Send me a pm with your email address and I will forward it to him.
