Default How do i build a Professional Parabolic Solar Cooker

Hi , I m 22 Year old guy wanting to start a solar company , i wanna build this cooker but i can't understand the assembly

I m looking to build something like this which looks professional and has light weight , Does anyone know how to construct something like this
I m unable to understand why are there screws in the middle of reflective sheet( see red circles) when there is no frame to screw that into? I get the mainframe screw part which is pretty simple
And How to calculate at the amount of reflective sheet required for specific diameter that when cut in triangular shape it fits perfectly and leaves no gaps
Please help!

My guess is that the holes and such are where the sections attach. Slots and tabs would be an easy solution.

Here's an instructible where the author made one out of plywood and aluminized tape. Has lots of design info that would be helpful regardless of construction method.

I believe the mathematical calculations to determine the pie shaped triangles are a form of calculus equation. It's been 30+ years since I last sat in calculus class, but I'm fairly certain the parabolic arcs and shapes associated with them can be determined using integrals.

Unlike 30+ years ago when I took calculus, today the internet has calculators available to determine things like this:

Before anyone asks: Yes, the internet did exist when I was in college, I practically lived in the computer lab.
