![]() Haven't started my solar project yet but I do know at some point I will have to make a few connections to allow a longer run from the panel to inverters.
Which brand crimpers is everyone using to make the MC4 connections. Forgive me if I posted this somewhere else in this forum. Getting old... |

![]() This is the tool I used for my install. It worked well enough for me. If I was a pro doing installs everyday, I might have purchased something more expensive, but this did the job. I made sure to purchase extra connector pins in case I needed to redo a connection, which I do recall doing once on a crimp where I wasn't sure of it's quality.
