That company is still online as of this month. I just got my 608 type-1 Cert last week. Their Windows download is good (and free and malware free). It has the needed study material, and it's pretty easy stuff to learn. The practice tests for type-1 are also open book and help you learn the ropes.. I was quickly able to pass the two (25 question) practice tests, so I did the real tests, included in the software. And was able to nail most of the questions, without using the open book.. Missed one out of 50 questions! After you finished the test and rechecked etc.. It will generate a code number, you write down and use when you log in to the site and give them the needed ID details (for the EPA record), plus the $25 payment.. That code says pass-fail and you get the news at the end. Print out your temporary Type-1 cert and wait for your card to show up in the mail.. https://www.epatest.com/608/ Not Rocket Science..
