![]() This is pretty cool if you like to tinker. You could easily expand an old thermostat's capabilities with a bit of code and some modern electronics. You could make it wifi, etc.

![]() Maybe I'm getting too serious here, but there are so many fully automatic, solid state thermostats flooding through Goodwill & other thrift and junk stores. At the same time, there are so many real eco projects that need doing, that I question this project.
I think we need to choose out battles carefully. -AC
