I have 2x10 floor joists. It looks like its R19 insulation. Should the insulation be pushed up so there is no air space, or should it be pulled down to make use of the space and add insulation to the bottom?

Does anyone have access to a spray foam rig? I have heard of a company that uses seawater and concrete or maybe its seaweed and concrete. It makes it for a really fire resistant barrier.

So how much do you need to turn the air in the house to make it healthy? I wonder if there is a measuring device that shows and can be set up to the fresh air intake to come on when that level is reached?
