Here is the LEDnovation bulb as sold by a retailer but their price is $127.72 per 6.5 watt LED, I can't see many people justifying the cost even tho they are made in the USA.

Hi Ryland,
Bulbtronics IS NOT an authorized reseller of our products. Unfortunately they took the information from our press release and posted this on their site without consulting us. I have no idea where that price came from as it is NOT accurate. Please use the channels I listed in my post or contact me directly for information. Sincerely, Michael Eckert |

I buy 100w replacement CFL tubes for almost all my lighting needs. I would not buy one that was marked over 23 watts. I don't think that I've seen many that were marked higher than 23w..?. Anyways, when you want to know the power your CFL is using, you should look at the Watts reading on the Kill-a-watt meter. If you are going to just read the Amps and, "multiply the amp rating by 120 volts", you have just calculated the VA (VoltAmps). To get the watts, you have to multiply your product by the PF (Power factor). So, you can press the button, and get the Frequency (60hz), Volts, Amps, PF, VA and watts.. Watts= amps x volts x PF works for some folks, but I just keep pressin that button until it shows me the watts.. |

Michael, thank you for the information. I understand that it seems that most of the better LEDs that have the brighter and more efficient options seem to be available or at least targeted towards the commercial market. I understand that marketing, distribution, and sales of product along with consumer support can be extremely difficult. I've been in that position myself once and it can be a serious challenge for a company to encounter. I hope that your company might eventually be more available for residential consumers because, as I see it, there just aren't that many good options out there for consumers at this point and when you have a product independently tested and listed under lighting facts, I think you'll have plenty of people looking for them.
I'll be in contact, thank you. |

Is LEDnovations willing to sell to individuals? If so what size of order do we need? |
