Default bringing the loops into the basement

I have been thinking on how to bring the loops into the basement and seal it up. Fernco has a product that might fit the bill.

The temperature limit is 140 F non-consistent, I wonder if they will hold up to the loop duty in the summer cooling season? The numbers I find are up to 110 F.
