Default How does your Gree signal a defrost cycle?

I think that my Gree Crown is flashing it's power Icon to let me know it's defrosting..
But, I don't see anything in the manual.. Just going by the pool of water that I just saw under the outdoor unit..

Here's the pic of the power icon.. It's not on, so it's faint..
Flashes very slowly.. Then after a while it turns off again..

Do you know how much power the defrost uses?
I can't seem to put an amp meter on mine fast enough to still catch it doing a defrost.

This morning the Icon was flashing and was too mild (31F) to have much ice..
So, I walked outdoors and saw only at tiny bit of water under the coil inside the ODU. No water on the slab..
But, looking back at the record, the RH was about 90%.
The ODU fan shut down while I was outside, so I peaked inside.. A table spoon full maybe..

I don't really know if it's defrosting or not.. Seems like it might be..
The power does vary a lot during the flashing cycle.. Might depend on outside temp & RH.
I've only seen it happen a few times. Mostly just catching it at the end of the cycle.
Max power peak this month was 3.12 KW and today the peak was 2.55 KW..

Next time I see it flashing, I'll try to watch the watts display..

It was very cold this morning (3deg F) and I was able to watch the last part of a defrost cycle.
I was alerted by a loud gushing sound from the indoor unit. The video display showed
the frost was completely gone from the coil..
