Power pot charger, powered by fire
Saw this in the camping isle:
The PowerPot V | Power Practical Its a pot, as you cook or boil water it uses the heat to generate enough electricity to speed charge a usb device. It brings to mind a thermocouple or thermopile generator, but I think it might be more like a peltier or seebeck transistor. Wondering at what minimum temperature it would take to recycle some heat, albeit dryer, attic, solar, flue gas, to generate a little power to replace our vampire wallworts. |
