I understand, I do, LEDs are great. If you are replacing incandescent lights, go with led. If you are replacing a working cfl its a much longer proposition. All my outdoor lights which run the longest every night are led for the obvious reasons. But my most used indoor lighting might run 6 hours a day, at 50,000 hrs would take 22.83 yrs.
