I cut a lot of styrofoam and bought a band saw to do it, Put a shop vac on the saw and get most of the dust. Almost all my cuts are narrow enough to clear the throat, those that are larger I cut on an old table saw that I keep outside. be very careful with the circular saw it can grab and turn the sheet quite hard.
