Thank you Jeff, I appreciate the warm welcome! Yes, the LED strips /rope lights whatever you want to call them are super versatile. Many use them under kitchen cabinets, but another popular use is to run them behind crown molding that doesn't quite go flush with the ceiling. You get this nice glowy light that's hidden around a room, and the heat isnt a problem in confining it to such a small space.
