Sorry but that would cost me $$$

I get $0.12 over the base rate of $0.10, thus $0.22 kw when I pump back into the grid.
I pay about $0.10 when I use it from the grid.

So far this year to date, my Electric Bill is $19.00 to date. Should be $0.00 or less at years end.
