Rent collection from 5 housemates: $3,130.00
Month Profit: $1,446.36
We are now a full house! 5 housemates + me. The Cable/Wifi bill is now deleted on my end as 1 of the housemates took over the bill in full. He got a $75/month discount in rent because of it.
Things have been a little dramatic. The 11pm - 6am Wifi cut off has affected those that online game & watch Netflix loudly late at night. One housemate is moving out at the end of 2017, but found someone that will replace her room right away in January. Another housemate is going back to school so he will moving out soon too - just not 100% sure when.
In spite of all of this, a total of $3,130 in rent has been collected this month. Record profit!
