I have the schneider 4048 it will ac couple & has firmware to work with the solar edge to curtail but a frog got in it and burnt up a piece .So i plan to buy another ,but for backup i am thinking of getting one of the mpp solars & making another string strictly off grid.

My battery i just got is a 10kw heavy as a boulder i put on the outside of my old chimney. Also have the nissan leaf batteries about 7 kw. The voltages of the two batteries are different was hoping i could ran them in parallel .
