I will be getting a tankless water heater next time, i had priced them on eBay before and they are affordable that's for sure, $200 or less.
Its ridiculous to heat water then let it sit then reheat let it sit 24-7 , its old and crappy at that technology, IMO. I will not be buying a water tank again.
damn those water tanks haha.
