MY roofer allowed me to leave the mounting studs installed so I got relief there. While removing the flashing I found original installer missed some rafters. Plugged holes and moved over an inch to get reinstalled in the rafters.
Was fortunate to convince roofer to install the new type poly felt over the studs.
