I just got around to cutting down the sensitivity of the radar and increased the ON time to 30 sec.
Installed an 880k resistor on the R3 R-GN pads, and a 0.1 uF cap on the C1 C-TM pads.

It's no longer turning off, the second I pause to look at something.. No more hand waving, to get the light to come back on.
It takes more input motion to trigger now. I have to be within about 10 feet of the unit, before it comes on.
