I recall that Piwoslaw had a wonderful solution to this problem, where in he uses an already existing small part of his house with windows, to hang wet clothes.
I think that this is a very appropriate solution, on so many fronts:
- No new manufacturing cost (monetary or environmental)
- No power required
- No moving parts
- No noise
- Extremely reliable
- Does not remove fiber from clothing (lint)
