Default Problems with stuck txv with copeland compressor 2014

Its just come to my attention there was an industry wide problem affecting systems with copeland compressors built in 2014. What I've heard is they either changed or began adding a rust inhibitor in the compressor oil. The inhibitor has been reacting with an oil used by the coil manufacturers. Reaction is a sludge that then sticks the txv. This has apparently affected all the big a/c companies which use copeland compressors, like Trane, Carrier and Rheem and others. Those 3 and their subsidiaries probably make up 80% of the market. The current solution paid for by warranty is to add an oil additive Nu-Calgon AC Renew, formerly Zerol Ice. It might take 24 hours to free up the txv. The one I did yesterday took about 30 minutes to open up. If that doesn't work the txv or coil should also be under warranty but keep in mind the rust inhibitor is still present however the new coils supposidly wont have the same oil from manufacturing.
