I've seen in more places than one that spraying water on hot glass is a way to potentially shatter your modules. Differential rapid cooling can be bad news to glass. Also keep in mind that you're more likely to leave hard water deposits on the glass too. Don't forget that those modules will get hot again very quickly, it's not like you would spray them down once and walk away with some gain. It could take quite a bit of water over a long period of time to make a true difference. IMHO not worth it.
