I place in Odessa Texas is selling 290w panels for $150 each, just have to come and get them.
The panels plus inverter I'm at pretty close to $1 per watt for grid tie. I have a pretty good size junk collection to make ground mounts for the panels.
At those prices I could even afford to put them on single axis trackers.
