Just found
this website of the US Department of Energy.
It has MP3 and PDF downloads from previous webcasts and also schedules for upcoming webcasts.
As expected, they serve up your daily dose of bureaucracy (the first seven pages of each PDF is DoE filler, etc.), but beyond that is interesting information on what energy issues the government is taking seriously and what action is being taken.
If you can read between the lines, you'll see information that could suggest energy upgrade funding sources and even future careers a-waiting.
