My daughter's '13 has the B mode. It is like eco mode, but it brakes (regens) stronger and sooner when you let up on the pedal. Great for going down a steep hill. Also great for people who want to drive with one pedal in stop-n-go traffic.
All of these modes are just modifications to the code that interprets the throttle position.
