I recognize that there's a lot of variables when it comes to this calculation depending on where you live, as well as costs of equipment which is different now 6 years later. That being said I still hope it's useful to see our details and perhaps with some tweaks to the metrics might help inform your own break even point. Or if you've already broken even feel free to post your timeframes here too!
