The residential and small commercial rate for district heating service shall be the sum of energy and customer charge as follows:

All KWH 3.45¢/KWH
Customer charge $6.50/month

Wood heat, hot water by wood, cfl's everywhere. Very good month...won't see one like that again. Girlfriend moved in with kids.
