Maybe that is why she likes them so much. It has not gone under 20 deg but they have done well from 20 up. Very good heat at all temps so far.
The different zones have been nice we like having them. I keep my work space the temp I want and she does the same. We are both happier.

I have read the MS's with higher seer have more coil surface & therefore do better at colder temperature ?
Mine is only a 13 Seer . Last cold spell , , some where below 30 degrees ( maybe around 25 ? ) , I noticed the MS running almost constantly . I shut it off and turned the central gas furnace on . Until the temp rose .
We are predicted to have another cold front come in tonight and linger through the weekend . Will have a chance to experiment with it , again , at colder Outside Air Temperatures .
