I like my dual flush, I just use the small flush 90% of the time and it works well, on holidays you might need the big flush but so far the small flush has worked well for most solids.
Cost was around $210 USD if I remember correctly.
one toilet that I really liked filled a trough with water and the tank was funnel shaped, hit the lever and it dumped all the water, advantage of this was there was no tank valve to fail!
