Off-and-On running is sometimes caused by a room size problem. My Sanyo 24k seems to be able to deal with being over-sized, by running at <=500w and then going into idle mode,when it senses it's going to be too warm..

I've seen some ads for the U-model selling in Canada.. And I wondered why it wasn't for sale in the USA.. I guess it's because the weather is so much colder up north.?.

The 18k ODU (U-Crown) in the test doc, seems to have a different case than mine.. (see pic).
Assuming the fan is the same size, the case is smaller..
The test is about 2 years old, and my system was made about 1 year ago..
So it might be an improved version.. I hope!
