I seen a mini single plate one hat uses 1000w , I may try it, its $80 as well.
Costco and Wally have a a model to offer as well.
Although I am also thinking I may wait and find one 2nd hand possibly online ,I will pay attention and have a look.
If I bought one for $20 it may pay for itself before either it fails or I do..
