I did a quick scan of the LGs at the Lowes and HD sites.
They are Energy Star, but the prices are a bit on the high side.
Next time I have my wife with me at one of the larger stores,
we'll have to scout out the LGs. Might be worth it, if we can
retire the little basement freezer.
I think one of our problems is my wife's need to freeze bread
and other baked goods, that take up a lot of space.
We always have two weeks worth of bread on hand.
I guess it's just in case we can't get to the store.?.

Maybe we need one of those bread making machines?
