Default Kennel Floor

I have an unusual situation I have a shop wooden floor that was originally started as the floor for my band saw mill. It became the overflow junk area for my work shop. The wood floor is plenty strong it is 18' wide sitting on three skids and the floor joists 4x6 9' long at 3' oc sit on skids. The deck is 2x8s. I can drive my one ton truck on here with no grunting or groaning. I want to now make this area into to a dog kennel. Im in northern Alberta and was thinking of 11/2 -2'' blue foam then 2 inch concrete with in floor heat. Was thinking about the weight and maybe making vermiculite crete to lighten the load. Would anyone have experience with this or ideas as to how to proceed.

Thanks Greg.
