Thanks, yes we used it all winter. While it was colder than I wanted to be out there, we had our two riding mowers and tiller out there, as well as a variety of other stuff stored in it. It took us a full day to empty and clean it the weekend before we had the insulation sprayed.

I have also gone under my house and made a tee using 3 3/4" PVC ball valves, a tee fitting and a couple short pieces of pipe to connect the garage to the house water supply. The three valves stop water (1) before the tee in case I want to stop water to the house and garage, (2) to the garage, and (3) to prevent backflow from the house. Perhaps overkill, but if it makes life easier someday down the road.... I also put a ball valve in the restroom where the water comes into the garage.

Progress is slow, but I figure I have more time than money.
