123D appears to take the college classes I had in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing to a whole new computing level, without using a calibrated camera lens. It would be interesting to take still frames out of a GoPro video circling an object and see what resolution TIN could be developed. My first trial object with 123D used a 10MP point-n-shoot and ~10 frames. I gave it a workout with a dark colored object with considerable contouring.
