The third housemate is moved into the master bedroom now (paying $695/month) so that has helped with finances a bit. It's football season & 2 housemates demanded a cable package - I guess CFL games aren't shown online anywhere. Electric bill surged - one of the housemates is an I.T. guy & has 2 servers in the basement that generate a lot of heat & noise. Lol, the wonders of sharing a house!
The 2 basement bedrooms are SO close to being rented out!
