You have to start with nice large pics.
If you go through some of the pics, you'll see that there is a maximum size, beyond which the blog software will reduce the screen pic size and give you a couple of 'handles' to click on that will show you the full size item.
I generally try to keep the pic size smaller than the 'resize' limit.
But if you are asking how I do centered, in-line pix,
here's a link I posted as to how I do it.
