Default Parabolic solar hot water heater

i thought i'd post this here in case anyone might be interesed in this "design".

We've been at this for about 3 years now and although there are always ways to make it better, faster, less expensive, etc., i think we are about ready.

We still need to figure out why our solar tracker only wants to track correctly during the morning hours but thereafte wants to race to its afternoon resting position - maybe it just gets tired and wants to go rest - lol.

Any suggestions, comments, criticisms, etc. are very welcome - either here on on the below mentioned site.

We are also still trying to perfect our proceedure to place the sheet of UV plastic on top of our 2 mil Mylar so that we have a minimum of bubbles.

Once we get the tracker working again, we hope to begin testing the system to see what its actual output is.

Have a great afternoon!
