After many small issue w/ my equipment I've been able to do a little drilling. Going through rock is slow so I am planning on adding a 2nd winch like Vlad did. Only concern is that my motor/bit will sometimes binds up and stop, I fix by reversing direction and then back to drilling direction quickly. I will add the winch and then look at increasing the torque of the hydraulic system. Right now its about 1ft/hr through rock. I must increase this rate! I would guess my torque is ~200ft/lb.
