I have attained permission to do works on the site , legals are still in limbo , spending money on the site is a risk , as if the legals fall through I'm stuffed .
Saying this I've just bought 80 hydraulic jacks to re stump the place and 96m of 75mm square galvanized steel . So already around $2000 spent , a little on hot water unit isn't going to kill me. Updates will come when things happen , I have a window unit and will be out there tomorrow. I'll take down the particulars of the unit and see if it runs (no power but have a generator out there)
