May 2018 housing costs:
Natural Gas - $55.82

Other expenses:
Cell Phone - $166.00 (whoops, went over my data limit while travelling)
Netflix - $10.99
Monthly Cleaning Service - $125.00 (top floor only)
Insurance - $102.02 (that was a pretty big jump)
Water Heater Rental - $9.71
Property Tax - $361.81 (this is going up a lot next month!)
Mortgage P+I - $696.98
Total April '18 Housing Costs:
$1,785.77
Rent collection from 5 housemates:
$3,264.53
Month Profit:
$1,478.76
One of my housemates withheld rent due to noise grievances (It's a house of 6 people. It's not going to be silent). I gave him an eviction notice after still not receiving rent by the last deadline (it's 16 days in Saskatchewan). He immediated paid up rent for both May & June explaining he still hasn't found another place to move to yet. I'll take his money, no problem - I just expect him to be vacated once he finds his own place
