I used coal slag for blast media last time and it was cheap but very dusty and did not last very long at all disposal is an issue. I don't like it very well.

I found a local place that sells blast media. I talked to the owner very nice guy. We made an appointment to go to his business on Friday.
He is going to let me test different media to see what will work best for me. This is so awesome some of the media is more expensive so I can get the right stuff.

One very good thing is a local place is shipping media is very expensive because it is so heavy.

The two choices he thought might work for what I described my use was crushed glass, and steel grit.

I think steel grit might be a good choice.
I am recovering it in a cabinet so steel grit can be reused many times. Very low on dust.
I will try out some crushed glass this is cheap so I will get some of this also.
